We want you to love your new artwork! If you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.
To start your return process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, the name of the artwork you purchased, your purchase date, and contact phone number or email.
We cannot accept returns of custom orders or products labeled "final sale."
Returns must be in original, undamaged condition. Make sure you send the artwork back through an insured method. We are not responsible for artwork damaged on its return journey and cannot process returns for damaged items sent through an uninsured method.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving your return. You will be credited for the cost of the artwork minus shipping costs.
If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund, including any shipping costs paid. If you contact us after 24 hours and we have shipped your item, the "refund" policy stated above will be followed.
Damaged in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please let us know! You can file a claim through USPS by going to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Make sure you retain and photograph all original packaging materials! We can also begin the damage claim through USPS on your behalf. Just send us an email at email@example.com with your name, the name of the artwork you purchased, purchase date, and any photos you took of the damaged artwork and packaging.
